Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. Since all printing is custom, NO refunds are given. Once Industry Printing begins working on your order, which means Industry Printing has received your necessary materials (i.e., digital files and payment) and started work on your job (i.e., your job is in production) there will be no resubmitting art files for that order. Make certain that your files are correct BEFORE submission for printing. This means size, colors, logos, spelling, layers flattened, etc..
In some cases, a partial or full refund may be extended to the customer at our sole discretion, if no work has been completed by Industry Printing for a specific order. Please note that such refund would be adjusted to cover any fees charged for other services associated with that order.
In some cases, an order may be voided the same day the order was placed as long as no work has been completed by Industry Printing for that order.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately by email or phone. Take photos of the damaged shipment and email them to us with your original order number in the title. We do not assess or accept reports of damages or incorrectly shipped orders after 7 days. Items that are legitimately defective and shipped from us or items that you ordered but did not receive from us will qualify for store credit or refund within the 7 day window. Refunds are contingent upon shipping records, photo or physical inspection of item(s) and remain at our sole discretion. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
We have excellent and loyal customers, and if we are at fault, please be reassured that we will endeavor to rectify any reasonable issues. If you have further questions, or need customer service, please email us with your original order number in the title. Thank you.
When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
